And you care about the reputation of your company. Let’s face it, torque tools get a lot of hammer. Regular torque wrench calibration is an essential part of your quality assurance activities. It may even be a legal requirement.

Lambda are an established UKAS Calibration Laboratory that provide torque calibration services throughout the UK. Torque calibration is usually performed in our accredited UK calibration laboratory. However, if you have a large quantity of air operated torque screwdrivers for instance, which are difficult to remove from site, we can perform torque screwdriver calibration on your premises.

In addition to torque wrench calibration and torque screwdriver calibration Lambda also calibrate closure meters, torque watches, torque analysers and a host of other torque tools and gauges.

With every calibration that we perform we will issue you with a certificate quoting measured results at no extra cost.

  From 0.2Nm to 1,000Nm



• Traceable Torque calibration of meters and analysers.

Shear Vane Calibration (Soil Shear Strength Testers)

We are now able to offer calibration of your hand shear vane. The calibration price of £63.90 covers one hand tool with up to 3 vane attachments and includes a certificate with measured results at 20%, 60% and 95% of the range of the instrument. The measured results are quoted in units of torque (Nm) and shear strength (kPa), and the certificate provides traceabilty to National Standards.
